Autistic people are always cut off and/or interrupted in a group convo by allistics.
When we speak, we are almost always told to be quiet, to leave space for others to speak, despite being in the middle of the initial thought.
This happens in autistic spaces too - with cis white men taking the most space and the scale of privilege dictating this going down.
We need to decolonize our spaces with NT behavioral norms. The mixing of the two is dangerous and isolates autistics even more.
